What you are expected to do:

  • Manage the full life-cycle from prospecting to signing and enable a positive customer experience throughout the process
  • Engage and convince the middle and senior management of prospects by building joint business cases 
  • Establish and build a network in the e-commerce sector 
  • Collaborate with the team and provide innovative sales solutions and strategies to improve the company’s overall performance year on year
  • Originate ideas and coordinate new development in collaboration with the product team
  • Constantly monitoring market developments and trends and assuring input in the organization
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to develop and expand our market position

 

What you should bring: 

  • You have solid sales experience and ideally proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • You have a good network in the e-commerce sector and an excellent commercial awareness
  • You are an excellent communicator with professional representation and negotiation skills
  • You have strong customer and market focus and you are willing to go the extra mile
  • You are self-driven, you like challenges and you want to contribute to growth
  • You want to be part of a high performance winning team, hungry to learn each day and support the team with your knowledge, experience and attitude
  • You are appealed by working entrepreneurial and taking ownership
  • You communicate confidently in both German and English
