YOUR TASKS 

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the tech supply chain sector. Lead senior-level client interactions, manage negotiations, and create client solutions. Oversee achievement of client metrics, reporting, invoicing, and conduct periodic Business Reviews to discuss supply chain performance, market trends, and future initiatives 
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively. Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality 
  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts as well as support new. Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of account managers and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities, guiding them to meet high customer satisfaction levels, successful business development and process improvement initiatives
  • P&L Management: Assume full responsibility for P&L results, collaborating with finance and operations teams to ensure comprehensive financial oversight of key client accounts
  • Revenue Generation: Drive new revenue opportunities by integrating supply chain solutions with existing client systems and developing strategic account plans to enhance account penetration
  • Global Coordination: Collaborate with global sites to assess and refine supply chain processes, develop new propositions, and present findings to both clients and internal stakeholders

 

YOUR PROFILE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in key account management, business development, or a related field, with a significant portion in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing large, high-value client accounts and driving substantial revenue growth
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, P&L management, and financial oversight
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating complex contracts and managing key relationships on a global scale
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a strong background in process improvement and change management
  • Relevant industry experience, especially in sectors related to supply chain management or technology, is highly desirable
  • You are a strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities who excels in relationship management, customer focus, and negotiation skills, while possessing solid financial acumen and a sharp business mindset
