YOUR TASKS

  • Coordinating proactive and reactive adjustments in the plan, including resource balancing
  • Hosting regular operational planning alignment meetings with operations management, as well as sessions with cluster partners, including both internal and external parties
  • Participating in regular strategic and tactical alignment meetings between cluster planners and the workforce planning manager (supervision and governance)
  • Modifying work schedules to improve performance
  • Developing and delivering correct, strategy-focused, and insightful reporting
  • Collaborating with account management, operations management, the workforce manager, and supervisors to obtain a reliable customer forecast and find productivities and dependencies that will affect the resource plan
  • Reporting to the Workforce Team lead responsible for your department, with a reporting line to the Operations Manager
     

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimal 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics & warehouse environment, preferably in 3PL
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with external business partners and internal stakeholders, such as account management, operations management, supervisors, and colleagues
  • The ability to act as an advisor to decision-makers using strong analytical and reporting skills and expertise as the basis for your advice
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Good knowledge of Excel
