YOUR TASKS 

• Troubleshoot Sky-Pod peripheral systems and facility-related IT equipment;
• Maintain malfunction logs and analyze issues for improvement opportunities;
• Document technical procedures and keep Work Instructions (WIs) up to date;
• Train floor staff on Sky-Pod usage and support IT troubleshooting (e.g., scanners, printers, networks);
• Monitor infrastructure stability and escalate deeper IT issues when needed;
• Escalate system-related issues to Exotec, Uniqlo, and Ve-Tec as necessary;
• Contribute to A3 improvement initiatives using field insights and logs.

YOUR PROFILE 

• MBO+ or HBO in a technical field (Mechatronics, Electrical, IT, or similar);
• 2+ years in a technical support, facility, or IT-infrastructure role;
• Familiar with warehouse tech (label printers, networks, handhelds, etc.);
• Analytical thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude;
• Clear communicator, both with the team and external partners;
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
