YOUR TASKS

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, providing a warm welcome and guiding them to their new workstations.
• Support new hires by providing essential information and handling administrative tasks for the planning team.
• Schedule one-on-one meetings between new hires and their supervisors to track their progress within the company.
• Coordinate training sessions for new employees, working closely with supervisors and planners.
• Contribute to the professional development of the workforce by communicating effectively with new employees, supervisors, and planners.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in guiding and supporting employees.
• Knowledge of the logistics sector.
• Proficiency in English is essential, Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various levels within the organization.
• Accustomed to working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
