YOUR TASKS

  • Implementing the Lean culture within Arvato through education and reflection on current processes, advocating for Lean principles through coaching, motivation, and assistance in improving the Lean culture within Arvato
  • Advising the management team at Arvato on which improvements are crucial for the success of the business
  • Challenging colleagues to consider continuous improvement within the company
  • Continuously improving various processes, implementing changes in processes, and devising new processes in the warehouse
  • Collaborating with Quality Coordinators and Security Coordinators to maintain and enhance the standard of quality and efficiency, both at Arvato and with our clients
  • Developing knowledge about Lean, Six Sigma and change management within the organization
  • Working in project teams on various projects for different clients in our warehouses
  • Supporting teams, employees and reflecting on their current processes to activate their thinking about Lean.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a master’s degree
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge or affinity within logistics is an advantage
  • Profound understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, showcasing a commitment to continuous improvement
  • You respectfully challenge the status quo and act as a role model for lean thinking.
