YOUR TASKS

  • Answering and potentially redirecting incoming phone calls
  • Registering new colleagues in our systems and ensuring they have the correct access and resources
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Managing the issuance and registration of loaner equipment to employees
  • Processing and resolving facility-related reports in the system
  • Supporting the Facility department with tasks such as making small orders and replenishing coffee supplies

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You navigate easily in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes
  • You thrive in a fast-growing organization like Arvato
  • You are personable and committed to providing excellent service
  • You are confident and not afraid to take on challenges
  • You are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the facility management system TopDesk
  • You have effective communication skills in both Dutch and English, with German being a plus
