YOUR TASKS

• Handle diverse facility-related (maintenance) tasks, including smaller repairs and ad-hoc requests in order to have our building and assets in good operating condition; 
• Support the organization with ad hoc tasks and ensuring workspaces are functional; 
• Proactively address facility concerns, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment; 
• Welcome and guide external suppliers during their maintenance visits, ensuring they understand our facility’s needs and processes. 

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in a similar role; 
• A positive, pragmatic, service orientated and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to different tasks quickly;  
• You are solution-oriented, have a keen eye for detail, and are comfortable working independently;  
• Good communication skills in English is essential.
