YOUR TASKS 

• Responsible for the daily management of facilities, including hard and soft services at Arvato. 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimally organize our services and maintain the facility in excellent shape. 

• Organize workspaces, meeting rooms, catering, cleaning, and work instructions. 

• Execute projects, including creating project plans and maintaining contact with external parties. 

• Monitor facility processes, initiate improvements, and communicate planned work to operations. 

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold an MBO4/Vocational + or Bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field.
• Either you are a recent graduate in Facility Management, or you have several years of work experience at the vocational (MBO) level.
• You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration.
• You have a service oriented attitude and you are able to act is a fast-paced organization
• You have demonstrated the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on teamwork.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other facility management software to enhance efficiency.
