YOUR TASKS
•    Ensuring the availability of staff, both quantitatively and qualitatively
•    Managing, coaching and supporting the supervisors in managing their teams
•    Maintaining contacts with customers about bottlenecks and actions to be taken to solve them
•    Serve as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders, such as customer, operations, Account Management, carriers and others
•    Finding opportunities for expanding the services offered to existing customers
•    Work on improvements of processes for- and with your teams.

 

YOUR PROFILE
•    A completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Technical or Business Administration
•    5 years experience, preferably in logistics, medical or production industry, leading and taking part in projects
•    You are skilled in order management monitoring (inbound, outbound, transport)
•    Ability and willingness to search out for and implement/realize own business improvements
•    Knowledge of products and services of the client (Supply Chain Management)
•    Knowledge of the Service levels agreed with the client.
