As Business Support Specialist, you and your colleagues are responsible for setting up the processes for implementing the new client. YOUR TASKS

• Implementing, optimizing, and managing processes operationally and systematically (SAP)
• Considering customer preferences, feasibility, costs, prior information, and risk of failure in the process
• Participating in the drafting and optimization of logistics concepts, and creating project plans for implementation
• Analyzing customer requirements, distinguishing key issues from side issues
• Implementing proven system optimizations and supporting account managers for a unified customer approach, including reporting.
   

YOUR PROFILE

• A relevant and completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Technology or Business Administration
• Proven experience with SAP, affinity with IT / ERP / WMS systems
• You have strong analytical skills that help you explore logistics – engineering - automation solutions
• You have advanced experience with MS Office (Excel, Power BI, Power Point, Visio, MS Teams)
• You have experience with project management methods such as PRINCE2 and Lean principles, and understand the structure of a project plan
• You master the English language. Dutch and German are an advantage.
