  • Play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans for our key accounts, maintaining contact with existing clients with an annual turnover exceeding 15 million euros
  • You serve as the link between our organizations and strategic clients, contributing to achieving commercial objectives on an international level
  • Constantly develop the business of your client by meeting the agrees SLA’s and P&L
  • Pro-actively investigate the needs of your client and translate these to creative solutions and action plans
  • Lead or support new implementations for your client and take your role in the growth strategy of Arvato
  • be the counterpart for the customer, for the transport management services, including opportunities to improve the SLA’s as well as providing the insides to the customer regarding their the import and export obligations



  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, within an international oriented Contract logistic environment;
  • Displays a high level of dedication and engagement.
  • Possesses both financial expertise and sales skills to conduct negotiations and establish, monitor, and achieve budget agreements.
  • Proficient in team management, coaching, motivating, and developing the team in line with Arvato's leadership values.
  • Experience in effective stakeholder management by maintaining and optimizing relationships with strategic existing clients and participating in relevant networks.
