As the Learning & Development Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing our Learning Management System (LMS), tracking training completions, assisting with content reviews, and supporting the launch of new training initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in HR, training administration, and process optimization.

 

Your Tasks

 

 

  • LMS Administration:
    • Assign, track, and manage training courses within the LMS.
    • Process manual completions for in-person or externally completed training.
    • Audit and update training records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Content Review and Maintenance:
    • Review existing training materials for accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
    • Identify outdated content and collaborate with the L&D team to update or retire materials.
    • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure proper course functionality and reporting.
  • Training Launch Support:
    • Assist in the preparation, testing, and launch of new training programs.
    • Develop user guides and communications for employees regarding training requirements.
    • Track and report training completions to ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate training reports using LMS tools to monitor participation and completion rates.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, training gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
    • Present findings and recommendations to the L&D team.

 

Your Tasks

 

  • Working on college degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration with a concentration in HR, or Education
  • Must be a Junior or a Senior in your program
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with or willingness to learn Learning Management Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, iSpring).
  • Basic familiarity with data reporting and analysis tools is a plus.
