As the Learning & Development Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing our Learning Management System (LMS), tracking training completions, assisting with content reviews, and supporting the launch of new training initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in HR, training administration, and process optimization.
Your Tasks
- LMS Administration:
- Assign, track, and manage training courses within the LMS.
- Process manual completions for in-person or externally completed training.
- Audit and update training records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Content Review and Maintenance:
- Review existing training materials for accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Identify outdated content and collaborate with the L&D team to update or retire materials.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure proper course functionality and reporting.
- Training Launch Support:
- Assist in the preparation, testing, and launch of new training programs.
- Develop user guides and communications for employees regarding training requirements.
- Track and report training completions to ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate training reports using LMS tools to monitor participation and completion rates.
- Analyze data to identify trends, training gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to the L&D team.
Your Tasks
- Working on college degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration with a concentration in HR, or Education
- Must be a Junior or a Senior in your program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with or willingness to learn Learning Management Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, iSpring).
- Basic familiarity with data reporting and analysis tools is a plus.
