The digital solution adoption intern will start with a status quo analysis regarding the adoption of different digital solutions (previous efforts, current user base, lessons learned). Afterwards a concept for adoption with a focus on communication will be developed. Measures like a new SharePoint site etc. will be implemented.

Your Tasks

• Status quo analysis, including an external view on previous efforts.
• Adoption concept for key digital solutions and initiatives.
• Implementation of first efforts, e.g. a new SharePoint site, training videos, etc.

Your Profile

• Working on college degree in Communications, Change Management, Project Management, or similar field
• Must be a Junior or a Senior in your program
• Excel experience – basic to enhanced knowledge
• Self-starter with great organizational skills
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English
• Power Bi, preferred.
• Project Management, preferred
