The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of facility equipment. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment. Adhering to safety protocols and utilizing predictive and productive maintenance systems, the technician contributes significantly to the site’s overall business goals and objectives.

 

Your Tasks

  • Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment. 
  • Handling, installing, positioning, moving materials, and manipulating things. 
  • Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. 
  • Responsible for arranging PMs, equipment, services, and records.
  • Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8AM to 4:30PM; overtime as required

 

Your Profile

  • Familiar with machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of building 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of equipment maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting, and critical thinking. 
  • Minimum 1 year Maintenance Technician experience 
  • Ability to Commute or Relocate to: North Las Vegas, NV
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
