Salary: £32,916.00

Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday 

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee and coordinate the activities of your team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.

Your Tasks

• Supervisory and people management tasks including conducting regular 1-2-1's and development plans.
• Monitor and prioritise incoming and outgoing orders and assign tasks to your team members for picking, packing and shipping. 
• Ensure timely order fulfilment while maintaining accurancy. 
• Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet order demands. 
• Analyse and improve orderflow processes to reduce delays and bottlenecks.
• Monitor team performance to ensure SLA's and KPIs are met. 
• Steering, coordinating, and implementing processes as well as planning the daily business activities.
• First point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departments.
• Identifying issues or problems and initiating corrective measures and success control.
• Operate in the SAP system.
• Participating in resource planning (staff and infrastructure)

Your Profile

• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) preferably SAP
• Experience and understanding of working in a temperature-controlled environment an advantage
• Able to demonstrate reliability, good time management and organisation skills
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Good numerical skills and record keeping skills.
• Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner.
• Strong customer focus.
