YOUR TASKS

  • Responsible for (improvement projects) within the Workforce management team
  • Responsible for set up and changes of WFM - HR systems
  • Strategic and tactical capacity planning of flexible and permanent staff in our warehouses.
  • Constantly liaising with staffing agencies, workforce planners, and the internal organization.
  • Contributing significantly to the further professionalization of our existing workforce by addressing recruitment, turnover, cross-training, and the ratio between flexible and permanent staff.
  • Learning, understanding, and managing the various variables of the capacity management model.
  • Making data insights clear through your analyses.
  • Achieving optimal staff deployment through personal contact.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong communication and analytic skills
  • Experience in workforce planning, preferably in a logistics or production environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to operate at various levels within the organization.
  • Familiarity with working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
