  • Coordinating with operations to ensure all employees are trained, improving quality, and managing the budget
  • Collaborating with the Quality Coordinator to integrate training into existing work processes
  • Collaborating with management to identify training needs and develop corresponding training programs to fit our high safety standards
  • Ensuring that training is implemented and executed in operations
  • Maintaining necessary administration and documentation


  • A completed Bachelor Degree, preferably in Integral Safety, Facility Management or Business Administration
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office and SAP or similar programs
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Ability to advise and motivate both external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong ability to discern main points from details, grasp core problems, and anticipate possible consequences of actions


  • Salary between €2.404 and €3.867, and we top it off with 8% holiday allowance, a fully paid retirement plan and discounted gym memberships
