YOUR TASKS

• Set the right priorities within a dynamic and hectic environment
• Gather correct information and translate it into actions to be carried out by the team
• Focus on the daily process but also keep in mind the long term goal
• Create calm and order in the department with a clear division of tasks
• Check KPI’s and targets
• Have interviews and appraisals with (new) employees.

YOUR PROFILE

• Knowledge of Excel and ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP)
• Experience in leading a team
• Vocational or Bachelor working- and thinking level
• Good command of the English language
• Analytically strong and able to adjust on that basis
• Pro-active, and solution oriented.
