YOUR TASKS

 

  • You provide administrative and system support to the Quality Assurance team, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
  • You work daily with SAP and analyze reports to monitor quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • You manage Quality Holds, collaborate with external companies, and work closely with different departments.
  • You assist in preparing for audits, ensuring proper documentation, archiving, and compliance with quality standards.
  • You support QA Coordinators and the Training Coordinator in maintaining and improving quality processes.
  • You ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain structured documentation for quality processes.
  • You have strong communication and time management skills, with a quality-driven mindset and willingness to learn new tasks.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Vocational (mbo) / Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience within logistics and/or a similar role
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Experience with Master Control would be an advantage)
  • Experience ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP, systematically understanding what is happing in processes)
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • A willingness to learn and take on new tasks support your continuous professional growth.
