YOUR TASKS

• Mentor, develop, and serve as the primary point of contact and sparring partner for the finance business partners and Finance Business Reporters
• Drive the continuous improvement of Controlling processes, tools, and financial reporting, including identifying and implementing enhancement opportunities (e.g., through further digitalization)
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports to support strategic decision-making at both company and project levels
• Coordinate ad hoc financial analyses and projects as requested by the CFO or functional management
• Provide guidance and support in RFQs, business case calculations and modeling, the setup of client contracts, etc.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven work experience and expertise in controlling, financial management, or similar roles
• Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Outstanding MS Office skills; experience with SAP and Power BI is a big plus
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards is a distinct benefit
• A positive attitude
