YOUR TASKS

• Team lead: Lead and further develop a procurement team consisting of three procurement officers, four material resource planners and one procurement process expert
• Category strategy: Develop and implement a procurement strategy for existing and new categories in close alignment with procurement officers, business owners and internal stakeholders
• Strategic supplier management: Constant review of supplier relationships and further optimization of preferred supplier base
• Contract/tender management: Review and identify of improvement potentials in current contracts; administration and further development of internal contract & tender management tool. 
• Savings & savings tracker: Identify and drive cost saving initiatives 

YOUR PROFILE

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commercial or technical field
• Several years of experience across various aspects of procurement
• Experience in coaching and supervising a team
• Proven commercial and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with contract and supplier management
• A self-starter capable of establishing a vision for your team and translating it into concrete goals and actions; a builder
