YOUR TASKS

• Prepare and determine reliable financial results, ensuring accuracy in financial and operational analyses.
• Monitor progress towards financial objectives, proposing and implementing improvements based on analysis.
• Serve as a critical and proactive sparring partner for various departments, offering financial insights and guidance.
• Support the organization in budgeting, forecasting, and investment proposal activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead and participate in group audit processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Engage in projects to enhance financial and operational processes, contributing to overall organizational improvement.
• Provide support for Arvato-wide tasks, collaborating with teams across different functions to achieve company objectives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher Education (HBO/WO) degree in Financial Management and Control.
• Comprehensive understanding of general business concepts.
• Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies.
• Knowledge of financial regulations (GAAP/IFRS), taxes, insurance, and legislation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Result-oriented with integrity, demonstrating steadfastness in decision-making.
