YOUR TASKS

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating creative campaigns to negotiating and drafting contracts with candidates
  • Contribute to building a strong recruitment team and engage in projects related to employer branding and ATS improvements
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to optimize (recruitment) processes
  • Continuously search for suitable candidates in the market and expand your network and relationships with them
  • Be creative in your recruitment methods and find new ways to pleasantly surprise candidates
  • Act as a point of contact for questions about open vacancies and coordinate administrative tasks with the Recruitment Coordinator
  • Developing a strategic plan (in collaboration with colleagues from Sourcing, Marcom, HR) is familiar territory for you
  • Focus on finding perfect candidates and contribute to other interesting projects, with team support
     

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate role, between 5-10 years
  • Creativity in finding the right candidates gives you an extra boost. You know how to think outside the box
  • You are a connector who knows how to onboard people in the right environment
  • The following qualities apply to you: communicative, proactive, structured, independent, creative, and results-oriented
  • You are ambitious and constantly look for ways to improve your working methods to be even more successful
  • Preferably, you have completed an education in a relevant field (HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Dutch and English

  • Salary between €2,542 - €4,561, plus additional benefits such as 8% holiday pay, a fully paid pension scheme (!), and a discount on your gym membership
