YOUR TASKS

• Take ownership of end-to-end logistics processes and ensure their seamless integration into our SAP system landscape;
• Lead the implementation of logistics solutions for new customers across our international locations;
• Develop and enhance global standard process solutions in coordination with global stakeholders;
• Act as the key interface between internal operations and external clients to ensure alignment and process quality;
• Translate business needs into system requirements and functional process designs;
• Support international project teams during implementation phases, ensuring smooth process onboarding;
• Communicate and collaborate in English with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements.

YOUR PROFILE

• A completed MBO or HBO degree (medium to higher professional education);
• In-depth knowledge of SAP WM, IM, and CRM;
• Experience with process mapping tools, ideally Mapping Software BIC;
• Strong self-motivation and a high sense of responsibility;
• Excellent self-organization skills and ability to manage priorities;
• A true team player with strong presentation and collaboration skills;
• Confident and professional communication style.
