Salary: £38,000.00
Location: Hams Hall or East Midlands Gateway
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday

 
We are committed to ensuring we offer a safe and secure environment of our employees, clients and assets. Therefore we are seeking a proactive and detailed orientated Loss Prevention Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain standards across our sites.
As our Loss Prevention Supervisor your goal is to reduce shrinkage, lead the team and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures working closely alongside the Business Protection Manager. You will be the secondary contact for all UK sites with Arvato.


 Your tasks

 

  • Develop and implement strategies to reduced shrinkage and improve inventory control. 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Deliver ad-hoc projects around loss prevention and security, implementation of systems and security procedures ie CCTV. 
  • Prepare reports on security incidents, trends and preventative actions. 
  • Oversee security systems, such as CCTV alarms and access controls. 
  • Train employees on loss prevention, best practices and company policies. 
  • Manage and review access control.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of security personnel.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
  • Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly.
  • Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

 

Your profile

 

  • Experience working in a Loss Prevention, Security or related field along with a strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Experience of running projects, working to deadlines and budgets with delivery of plans to senior management. 
  • Ability to analyse data and recognize patterns
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and controlled manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills plus excellent attention to detail 
  • Knowledge and experience of working with security software and systems.
