Leading, coordinating, and executing various HR projects within the company.

Evaluating the planning and scope of different projects, in close consultation with the business owner.

Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and achievement of HR project goals.

Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and status reports.

Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or issues, and proactively implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
-
Addressing ad-hoc tasks related to the HR projects.

In this role you will report to the HR Director.
YOUR PROFILE

A strong background in project management, preferably with previous experience in HR projects or organizational change initiatives.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate project planning, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
-
Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams towards achieving project objectives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
-
Proactive mindset to anticipate project challenges and take proactive measures to address them, while also being able to handle ad-hoc tasks effectively.
