YOUR TASKS

You are the first point of contact at this Arvato location, creating a welcoming and professional environment;
- Registering new colleagues and suppliers in our systems and ensuring they have the correct access and resources;
- Preparing meeting rooms;
- Managing the issuance and registration of loaner equipment to employees;
- Working with a Facility Management System for handling requests of our internal customers;
- Supporting the Facility department with tasks such as making small orders and replenishing coffee supplies;
- Handling out cothing to our employees and managing clothing stock.
YOUR PROFILE

You are available for 32-40 hours per week;

- You navigate easily in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes;

- You are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the facility management system TopDesk;
- You have effective communication skills in both Dutch and English.

- Between €2,447 and €3,095. We top it off with 8% holiday allowance, a fully paid retirement plan and discounted gym memberships;
