You will be involved from day one in setting up the support function for a major new client. In the coming months, the customer support team will be built up around you. This makes the role ideal for an experienced Customer Support Officer who is ready for the next step in their career.
You’ll be trained and closely supported by the Customer Support Manager, who will guide you as you grow into a leadership role. You'll have the chance to influence processes, build a new team, and shape the future of customer support at our Consumer Product division in Echt.

YOUR TASKS
- Actively support the implementation of a new client and the setup of the customer support team;
- Achieve key targets related to service delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction;
- Manage client reporting (KPIs, invoicing, status reports);
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations (internal and external);
- Work closely with operations to translate client requirements into action;
- Support the Customer Support Manager in hiring, training, planning, and evaluating team members;
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes;
- Lead internal meetings and client updates.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have experience coaching and motivating people within a Customer Support team;
- Strong communication skills in English;
- You are results-driven and customer-focused;
- Able to balance hands-on customer interaction with leadership responsibilities;
- HBO/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred;
- Good MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus
