Carbel, part of Arvato, is a full-service 3PL provider serving national and international clients across various industries, with a strong focus on fashion and retail. The Training Coordinator is responsible for delivering effective onboarding, cross-training, and refresher sessions to fulfillment center associates. This role ensures training is aligned with Arvato's operational standards and client expectations, while supporting continuous improvement through coaching and collaboration.

YOUR TASKS

  • Facilitate new hire and ongoing training.

  • Track trainee progress using training checklists and provide timely feedback to leadership.

  • Coordinate with department leaders to ensure consistency in SOPs and process execution

  • Observe and evaluate associate performance; recommend additional coaching where needed.

  • Maintain open communication with supervisors on training progress and trainee performance.

  • Reinforce productivity, quality, and safety expectations during training.

  • Stay proficient in multiple operational areas to support training and operations as needed.

  • Support onboarding initiatives and contribute to a strong, team-oriented training culture.

  • Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal-oriented work environment

YOUR PROFILE

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient with computers and training documentation tools.
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate expectations clearly.
  • Must possess the capability to walk or stand for extended periods of time.

  • Must be able to climb stairs.

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and grasp products.

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.

  • Must be able to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds.
