Carbel, part of Arvato, is a full-service 3PL provider serving national and international clients across various industries, with a strong focus on fashion and retail. The Senior Warehouse Associate at Arvato plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations and ensuring vendor compliance, inventory accuracy, and value-added service execution. This general labor role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced fulfillment center environment.

YOUR TASKS

• Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and maintain quality assurance standards.
• Operate RF Android devices for picking, packing, replenishment, and sorting tasks.
• Execute vendor compliance tasks, including email follow-ups, T-SKU log maintenance, and VAS activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping discrepancies, returns, and order cancellations.
• Generate and submit operational reports on performance metrics.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with safety protocols.
• Load/unload shipments using manual or powered equipment.
• Follow SOPs and train others as needed; remain cross-trained in additional departments.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and process enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

YOUR PROFILE 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, SOPs, and maintenance instructions.

• Willingness to comply with hygiene and product-handling requirements, including handwashing and appropriate attire.

• Requires ability to use a keyboard, monitor, RF scanner and calculator

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Flexibility is a must: Must be able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts, and different areas of the warehouse

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manual

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Must be able to push or pull carts of up to 100 lbs
