We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with a background in mechanical and mechatronics engineering and a minimum of two years’ hands-on experience in maintaining specialized machinery. This person will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, diagnosing technical issues, suggesting improvements, and ensuring the continuous operation of critical equipment.

YOUR TASKS

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per established schedules.

• Diagnose and repair technical issues efficiently and safely.

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities for each piece of equipment.

• Propose and implement technical improvements to optimize machinery performance.

• Collaborate with the production team to minimize equipment downtime.

• Ensure compliance with safety and industrial standards during all maintenance tasks.

YOUR PROFILE 

• Technical or technological degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial or specialized equipment maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing complex, high-precision machines.

• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams.

• Experience using diagnostic tools, maintenance software (preferred), and generating technical reports.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

• Availability for both scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
