Due to exceptional growth Arvato Uk are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and results driven Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and support our teams in achieving performance goals. 
Our Control Tower hub is the heart of our operation for ensuring order-flow and technical information is processed accordingly. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee and coordinate the activities of your team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.

 
 Your Tasks

• Technical Leadership of the operator warehouse control tower. 
• Steering, coordination and implementation of the processes as well as planning of the daily business 
• First point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departments 
• Identification of optimisation potential, initiation of corrective measures and success control 
• Ensuring SLA compliance 
• Operational implementation of projects and documentation of processes 
• Working in the SAP system 
• Participation in resource planning (staff and infrastructure) 
• Organization of the cross-customer deployment of Operator Warehouse Control Tower 
• Leading and managing and team to achieve and exceed SLAs
• Distributing work orders and ensuring the workload of the employees
• People management activities

 
Your Profile 

• Experience of working with computerised systems ideally SAP 
• Experience of operation in an FMCG environment 
• Able to demonstrate reliability, good time management and organisation skills
• Ability to Supervise, lead and motivate teams and provide coaching and feedback
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Good numerical skills and record keeping skills.
• Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner.
• Strong customer focus
