<span 72="">We are seeking an experienced and proactive Key Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships from inception to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

 

<span 72="">Your Tasks

 

  • <span 72="">Take commercial ownership of client relationships, overseeing P&L and ensuring pricing and profitability align with financial targets
  • <span 72="">Provide oversight of service delivery and operations, monitoring SLA adherence, KPI variance, and client satisfaction surveys
  • <span 72="">Prepare and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, chairing client meetings as needed
  • <span 72="">Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project management for new business introductions or client projects
  • <span 72="">Drive account evolution and growth through strategic planning and identifying opportunities for additional solutions
  • <span 72="">Proactively identify and address risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and contingencies as needed
  • <span 72="">Manage and resolve account escalations in a timely manner
  • <span 72="">Lead and develop a high-performing team dedicated to client success

 

<span 72="">Your Profile

 

  • <span 72="">Proven track record in customer account management, with a focus on resolving complaints and improving solutions
  • <span 72="">Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
  • <span 72="">Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • <span 72="">Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of developing and motivating teams
  • <span 72="">Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building and maintaining relationships
  • <span 72="">Proficiency in project management and problem-solving
