Riverty – the innovative pay after delivery provider – is on the lookout for a Senior Implementation Manager to further drive their growth story.

Riverty is growing and expanding its innovative pay later solutions in Europe. To further facilitate our growth, we are looking to strengthen our team with a new Implementation Manager, in Amsterdam or Heerenveen. So, if you thrive in a fast-paced international environment managing projects across markets, supporting merchants and partners in how to optimize checkouts while juggling internal dependencies this might just be the perfect opportunity for you.

You will be in charge of bringing new key account clients and partners live and to develop our existing implementations to the next level, with a focus on the Dutch and German market.

As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will work closely with Riverty’s commercial and partner teams to implement our clients onto our platform. For you to succeed in this position, you are used to work in a multilateral organization, are a keen problem solver and are happy to put the customer front and center. This role requires technical understanding, as well as familiarity to overarching IT architecture.

Your main challenges

• You will setup and implement new key account clients and partners mainly in Benelux but also in other European countries
• You will help clients during the integration process with technical guidance, test execution and trouble shooting
• You will provide best practice integration guidance to improve conversion and customer shopping experience
• You will interact with key stakeholders such as sales, product, and finance to ensure smooth onboarding experience and client satisfaction
• You will collaborate with international development and product teams to work on process and setup improvements
• You will create comprehensive documentation for integration solutions and provide step-by-step guides to enable others to succeed

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• You have experience with technical integrations and/or technical project management
• You are interested in e-commerce and e-payments, ideally already have experience with payments after delivery
• You have a deep understanding of RESTful systems, APIs, and IT architecture
• You are able to work in a team or on your own initiative, able to self-motivate while working from home
• You have a proactive and positive attitude; take pride and ownership in your work
• You enjoy client contact and driving topics forward and finding solutions
• You are a quick thinker and ability to work across all areas of our business
• You communicate confidently in English; Dutch and German are a plus
