Senior Implementation Manager

(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our locations in Amsterdam, Heerenveen, or Berlin 

Riverty, the innovative pay–after–delivery provider, is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to further its growth story.

We are expanding our innovative pay-later solutions in Europe and are looking to strengthen our team with a new Implementation Manager to facilitate our growth further.

As the Senior Implementation Manager, you will bring new key account clients and partners live and develop our existing implementations to the next level, focusing on the Dutch and German markets. You will work closely with Riverty’s commercial and partner teams to implement our clients onto our platform. 

To be successful in the position, you must have worked in a multilateral organization, be a keen problem solver, and be happy to put the customer front and center. This role requires technical understanding and familiarity with overarching IT architecture.

If you thrive in a fast-paced international environment, managing projects across markets and supporting merchants and partners in optimizing checkouts while juggling internal dependencies, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Daily, your challenges will be: 

• Setting up and implementing key account clients and partners, mainly in Benelux and DACH.
• Supporting clients during the integration process with technical guidance, test execution, and troubleshooting.
• Providing best practice integration guidance to improve conversion and customer shopping experience.
• Applying a standardized onboarding process by documenting the progress of the technical implementation and open issues.
• Keeping all relevant information and documents regarding technical integration documents and special client configurations up to date.
• Interacting with key stakeholders, such as sales, product, and finance, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and client satisfaction.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Experience with technical integrations and/or technical project management.

• A deep understanding of RESTful systems, APIs, and IT architecture.

• An interest in e-commerce and e-payments, ideally previous experience with payments.

• You enjoy client contact, driving topics forward, and finding solutions. You have a proactive and positive attitude and take pride and ownership in your work.

• You are fluent in English. Dutch or German would be a huge benefit.
