Senior Director (f/m/d) Global Finance Investment Controlling

This in operated through all BMG territories and facilitated with dedicated investment teams. As Senior Director (f/m/d) Global Finance Investment Controlling, you would be responsible for monitoring, controlling, benchmarking and reviewing all current investments, their integration and future financial performance.

Your Mission

You’ll be responsible for monthly financial performance reviews on a global scale, aligning with the global investment and repertoire teams on target achievements. Your role will also include forecasting and planning on specific performances and to monitor and challenge the respective performance in order to guarantee visibility and transparency of the planned results. Cash Flow representation is also a key topic of your duties.

Your Tasks

• Improvement of the current investment controlling set-up
• Measurement of monthly performance compared to budget, forecast and previous year
• Financial monitoring of the various income streams and their respective profitability
• Forecasting and planning at local and global level
• Financial collaboration with the global investment teams
• Evaluation and monitoring of contract renewals and acquisitions
• Monitoring the integration, onboarding of investments and closed deals and acquisitions
• Presentation of cash flow and benchmarking of investments
• Formulation of strategic investment strategies and business partnering

Your Profile

• Strong communication skillset
• Strong experience in fast-moving-consumer-goods ideally with media & entertainment background
• Good understanding of digital recorded music markets and KPIs
• Strong financial skillsets in both accounting / reporting as well as calculation and valuation
• High technical skillset (i.e. SAP, BQ, Looker, xls, BI-Solutions, SQL, Python)
• Due dilligence or M&A experience
