Business Process Specialist (f/m/d) SAP-FI/CO

BMG is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Business Process Specialist (f/m/d) SAP-FI/CO to join our Digital Transformation & SAP team in Berlin.

You Tasks

• You will plan and execute the implementation of projects within SAP-FI/CO, including customizations and configurations, to meet business needs (note: no ABAP programming)
• You will provide advisory services, training and support to other departments on SAP-FI/CO functionalities and financial process optimization, ensuring continuous improvement of the processes
• You will create documentation on implementations, configurations, and processes
• You will support the MEC and YEC processes related to different activities (e.g. IC posting, netting-related postings etc.)
• You will work closely with key stakeholders in the Bertelsmann corporation, and with our business units in US, UK, Europe, APAC and LATAM

Your Skillset

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business informatics, business administration, business analytics or equivalent experience is required
• Proven experience in finance organization
• Excellent SAP-FI/CO knowledge (application and customizing), including cloud, integration and interface knowledge to other SAP modules
• Any SAP certification, as well as operational accounting experience are a plus
• Strong understanding of the (standardized) end-to-end financial processes
• Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus
