Become a trainee at Arvato

Your traineeship is based on a personal development plan, which focuses on your ambitions and expertise. Within Arvato, we have three types of management focused on the business: Engineering, Account Management and Operational Management. Within 18 months, we take you through these different types of management through different rotations, assignments and workplaces within Arvato. Together with you, we determine which path suits your goals best. We strongly believe that by "being on it" you will discover where your strengths and passions lie!

During an 18-month period, you will dive into the world of Arvato. To tailor the Traineeship, we look at your talents and ambitions. 

Together with you, we build a traineeship program around your talents and challenges. For example, we look at your experience and level, your way of working and development. Together, we build your future in one of these tracks.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Economics or Logistics
• Passionate about Logistics and Leadership
• Permitted to work in The Netherlands
• Flexible
• Hands-on-mentality
• Excellent oral and written skills in English
