YOUR TASKS
 

  • First point of contact for both internal and external clients within the ICT team.
  • Recording requests and answering 70% of regular ICT inquiries, with referral of unanswered cases to the appropriate department or supplier.
  • Solving issues on-site by regularly visiting different departments.
  • Responsible for setting up and installing end-user hardware and software, as well as performing minor standard Changes and Service Requests.
  • Based in Heijen, with occasional presence at locations in Venlo and Venray.
  • Providing effective and service-oriented support to ensure colleagues can perform their work unhindered, with a focus on monitoring progress, accessibility, and customer friendliness.

 

YOUR PROFILE
 

  • Curiosity to solve technical problems and support end users.
  • Strong skills in both independent work and teamwork, with taking initiative and precision as key points.
  • Completed MBO ICT education and knowledge of the latest Windows and Office suite.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and preferably possession of Microsoft certifications, with knowledge of TOPdesk as a plus.
  • Experience with remote support activities and Microsoft network support.
