YOUR TASKS

• Central point of contact in RFQ's, new customer implementation, and existing transport network optimization
• Close collaboration with customers, solution design, and key account management on transport-related topics
• Optimization and monitoring of transport solutions for a defined customer set, nationally and/or internationally
• Responsibility for process optimization within transport management for assigned customers
• Direct contact with carriers, participation in business reviews, and active contribution to ensure on-time carrier performance
• Utilization of cost, quality, and service metrics to evaluate and implement best transportation practices for customers

YOUR PROFILE

• A Bachelor or Masters Degree in Supply Chain or Business Logistics
• Five+ years of transportation experience, preferable in an European 3PL environment
• Experience managing a complex, multi-modal transportation network
• High level of interest and understanding of IT related Transport management systems
• Extensive experience in customer and project management
• Excellent communication skills on all levels, including customer communication
• You have strong analytical skills that help you explore logistics – engineering - automation solutions
