YOUR TASKS 

• Leading, coordinating, and executing various HR projects within the company. 

• Evaluating the planning and scope of different projects, in close consultation with the business owner. 

• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and achievement of HR project goals. 

• Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and status reports. 

• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or issues, and proactively implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. 

• Addressing ad-hoc tasks related to the HR projects.  

• In this role you will report to the HR Director. 

YOUR PROFILE 

• A strong background in project management, preferably with previous experience in HR projects or organizational change initiatives. 

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate project planning, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. 

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams towards achieving project objectives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. 

• Proactive mindset to anticipate project challenges and take proactive measures to address them, while also being able to handle ad-hoc tasks effectively.
