Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks

• Responsible for managing contract operations within the company's primary CRM system  
• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams on process-related contractual matters  
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements, and actively document workflows  
• Provide administrative support to all back-end departments  
• Support back-end departments (e.g. Finance) in processing partner payments  
• Responsible for updating relevant processes related to the company's internal CRM system

Your profile

• Experience in Operations, Finance or Business Administration
• Bachelor Degree and preferable Master degree in the area of Economics, Finance or similar
• Process oriented and detail driven
• Fluent English and preferably German
• Proficiency with MS Office products
• Experience with Adobe EchoSign or other e-signing tools is considered an advantage
