Technical Support Manager (f/m/d) - Data Management

Your role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Support Manager who is curious, eager to learn, enjoys working in a high pace and constantly evolving industry. You will play a key role in our Technical support team and will have a close relationship with our Business product manager responsible for our Data and Audience products. You will be the support expert when it comes to all aspects of and products relating to the data solutions that we have in place, ranging from Audience management and identification to reporting and insights.

 

Your position in our team

  • Support in event of malfunctions or problems relating to the different aspects of the technology offered by smartclip. 
  • Provide support on clarification questions on the products, available platforms and technical features offered. 
  • Clearly coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, in case of issues, to facilitate future learning and prevention. 
  • Use your excellent problem solving skills and strong data analyse skills to understand and support our customers. 
  • Identify any needs for training or improvement or needs pertaining to documentation.

 

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your business or technical studies, e.g. in business or media informatics, or a comparable commercial or technical apprenticeship (e.g. marketing communications specialist or IT specialist for application development).
  • High degree of organizational skills, individual initiative, affinity with technology, data principles and personal accountability.
  • You enjoy working (independently) with new technologies and systems and have a willingness to learn HTML/CSS, XML or JavaScript are ideally not completely unknown to you.
  • You convince us with your high level of initiative and communication skills as well as your good analytical skills, your solution-orientated way of working and your great flexibility.
  • As an open and communicative team player (m/f/d), you are the perfect fit for us
  • Fluent in German and English, written and verbally. Any additional language (Dutch, Italian and Spanish) is a big plus.
