For our Central Demand Operations team we are looking for a Head of Demand Operations (f/m/d). Our central team works for all smartclip markets and typically focuses on topics that help grow revenue in multiple markets. You will be heading the Central Operations team that focuses on the consultancy, planning and execution of online video campaigns. Important focus areas are  programmatic (RTB), direct bookings (IO) and Addressable TV (ATV) operations. 


In this role you have deep knowledge of our systems and a good understanding of the online advertising industry. You combine your analytical, technical and commercial skills with deep knowledge of our portfolio, to act as an expert to secure best in class Ad Operations, consultancy, and support. 


•    We are the primary operations and support channel for our internal and external sales units. You are experienced in operating and optimizing multi market programmatic, IO and Addressable TV campaigns 
•    With more than 5 years of platform-, campaign-, and commercial knowledge, you will consult and support teams and clients to create the best setup to secure scalable and successful campaign delivery. 
•    Technical integration of ad campaigns via booking/ad server systems and quality assurance 
•    Our team members are trained on all topics the team is covering, everybody with their own expertise. 
•    Your team will be responsible for 1st level customer and partner care, and technical support 
•    Creation of evaluations and reports for internal and external use 
•    Responsibility for Ad Operations projects 
•    Responsibility for continuous improvement of services provided by the team and the related processes.
•    You are the main operations business stakeholder to our product development teams.
 

Requirements and qualifications:

This is an individual contributor role requiring strong commercial, product and technological knowledge and a consultative approach. 

•    You have experience in leading a media operations team of +/- 6 people.
•    Commercial or technical degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in a media-related subject and over 5 years experience in online media with a focus on operations and / or campaigns management. 
•    A good knowledge of the online advertising industry with a keen interest in online advertising and the new media 
•    Technical know-how and an affinity with internet technologies 
•    Works autonomously, diligently and reliably 
•    Ability to engage in and proactively collaborate with a dynamic team 
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to work with multiple internal and external teams. 
•    Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment. 
•    Good communication skills in English, written and verbally. Any additional language (German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish) is a big plus.
