We’re always on the lookout for talent at Arvato. We are looking for enthusiastic; customer focussed courageous people to work within our Fleet Customer Service Team for our Blue chip client Volkswagen Financial Services.

Our site is located in our offices close to Warwick town centre and Leamington Spa.

 

The role of the Fleet Operations Advisor is to provide services to business users, which can be from small business to large corporate fleets, as well as personal leasing customers. You’ll be managing all services from activation of the agreement to collection of the vehicle at the end of the contract. Fleet Operations advisors provide a dedicated service, ensuring that vehicles and customers are supported at every stage of their agreement.

 

The role is paramount to supporting  our “We Know” approach to vehicle leasing  ensuring the needs of our customer is balanced with the requirement to carefully manage our asset. This means ensuring our customers experience a first time resolution service at every touch point, from first quotes to new vehicle orders, contract amendments, in-life queries, and end of contract and vehicle return processes.

What you’ll need:

Excellent customer service skills

Very good communication skills, both written and verbal coupled with a great attention to detail

A professional telephone manner

Personal accountability and the willingness to take ownership of your workload

The ability to work as part of a team but still have the drive to work on your own initiative

 

What would be an advantage:

Experience of working within a B2B or customer services environment ideally, in a  Financial Services regulated environment or automotive organisation

Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of Customer Service

Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the role, taking on board new tasks and processes as the role grows

Hours:

40 Hours per week

Monday to Friday 9.00am-6:00pm and Saturdays as and when required
