Your challenge:

Delivering outstanding service every day, you will ensure that BMW customers enjoy seamless support - whether you’re resolving queries by telephone, letter, email or online chat. You’ll have all the answers to hand and you’ll be ready to go the extra mile to promote the BMW brand.

Your background:

Having had some experience in customer services, retail or an office environment, you will enjoy building relationships and taking ownership of customers’ issues.
