Position Summary:

Influencer with extensive reverse logistics knowledge. This role will encompass end to end supply chain management and pro-active resolution of roadblocks to success. Individual will be proficient in internal processes both systematic and operational and all external factors related to the client.  Strong communicator who has the ability to operate on a strategic level but also has the ability to ensure all task related activities are executed flawlessly. Accepts accountability for the success of the account on an operational and financial level.

 

Overall Responsibilities:                                                                                                                               

 

  • Strategic account planning, project management & process optimization  
  • Serve as a liaison between company, customer and clients end customer
  • All aspects of reporting, data mining and relevant analytics
  • Responsible for all pricing activities, account efficiencies and account profitability.
  • Prompt Issue resolution and effective communication internally and externally
  • End to end order management and Inventory integrity
  • SME in system transactions and system architecture
  • Host visits, Manage Business Reviews and Client Presentations
  • Manage and coach direct reports
  • Challenge the status Quo and keep constant with market and industry best practice.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of strategic Account Management and Personnel Management
  • SAP super user level
  • Previous experience in managing an account P&L
  • Strong communicator and influencer
  • Returns Industry experience
  • Supply change process knowledge
