For our business in LISBON, PORTUGAL we are currently looking for a TRAINING AND QUALITY MANAGER (M/F). The TRAINING AND QUALITY MANAGER is responsible for ensuring continuous training of the Operations Department employees based on organizational and individual needs, guaranteeing compliance with the quality objectives set by the client and the company, through the implementation of structured training plan. This position must ensure that quality procedures are documented, monitored and kept.

 

Your experience & skills

  • Degree in Psychology or similar;
  • Knowledge of pedagogical training techniques;
  • Training in team management;
  • Knowledge of quality systems;
  • Good Computer skills - MS Office; online monitoring tools;
  • CCP (ex-CAP);
  • Training in people development;
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Product knowledge / understanding of company procedures.
