For our business in LISBON, PORTUGAL we are currently looking for an Operations Manager (M/F).

Your responsibilities:
Evaluating daily key performance indicators and developing improvement needs; managing and motivating the teams; floor presence and listening into calls.

Your experience & skills
-Bachelors/College Degree in any field
-Work experience in similar positions in the contact center area
-work experience in team management, ability to motivate and coach team members
-Very good PC skills - proficiency in the use of Microsoft office
-Very good analytical skills, productivity / service reports
-Excellent communication skills & high focus on customer satisfaction
-Very good English skills
-Customer service-orientated and a high focus on customer satisfaction  
-Excellent Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written
